The grapes are destemmed and transferred to steel tanks where they macerate for a period of about seven days. After the short period of maceration, the skins are softly pressed to prevent the extraction of aggressive tannins. This wine is organic, made without using chemical substances that may be harmful to the environment therefore to our health. The wine reflects the natural land and the people who produce it.
